Picadilly loop and Oh sh*t!

In this session, you will have the opportunity to participate in two engaging drills. The first drill is called the "Oh Sh*t" drill, which will help you improve your ability to stop suddenly while in a turn. This exercise is designed to enhance your control and technique in high-pressure situations. Following that, we will move on to the "Piccadilly Loop" drill. This exercise will challenge you to navigate through traffic while performing a higher speed figure-eight. By combining speed and traffic management, this drill will test and refine your riding skills.
